    I placed an order for a product in stock over a week went by & still my purchase didn't ship. I contacted pmf for them to inform me that there is a delay in powder coat OK. then how is somthing "in stock" when it's not even completely made yet? When I pointed this out to pmf customer service they through a temper tantrum & decided to insult me & waste his or her work day googling me. Will never order anything from this company again. i wouldn't except anything even if free buy at your own risk.

    We explained to this individual that our powder coat system was down unexpectedly and it had delayed his order a couple of days, 6 business days from date of order to be exact. He sent us a rude, vulgar, insulting message in response. So we cancelled and refunded his order and told him we had no interest in doing business with someone like that, and we stand by that. He also called our shop and lied to our salesman in an attempt to place an order.
