CAMBIO MERCE E DIRITTO DI RECESSO

Ai sensi e nei limiti del D.L. 185 del 22/05/0999 il Cliente ha diritto a recedere dall'acquisto, qualora non soddisfatto, inviando una richiesta tramite mail, indicando i riferimenti dell'ordine e il codice del prodotto che si intende restituire.

Il D.L. prevede altresì che condizione essenziale per potersi avvalere del diritto di recesso sia che la merce venga restituita integra, con imballo originale, accompagnata dal documento di vendita allegato alla spedizione, e che le spese di spedizione effettuate per il prodotto reso siano a carico del Cliente.

Ai sensi del D.L. 185/99 si precisa che il diritto di recesso è esclusivamente riservato ai Clienti definibili quali "consumatori" e cioè alle persone fisiche che acquistano i prodotti per uso proprio e agiscono per scopi non riferibili all'attività professionale eventualmente svolta, con esclusione quindi di commercianti e rivenditori.

Le istruzioni per effettuare il reso saranno inviate tramite mail, nella quale sarà indicato anche il codice di autorizzazione al reso.

Il reso deve pervenire presso la nostra sede entro e non oltre 10 giorni dalla ricezione dell'ordine.

GLI EVENTUALI RESI DEVONO ESSERE CONCORDATI E AUTORIZZATI. NON VERRANNO RITIRATI PACCHI PRIVI DI AUTORIZZAZIONE.

RIMBORSI DEL PREZZO PER IL PRODOTTO RESO

• se il pagamento è avvenuto mediante PayPal, verrà richiesto uno storno sulla transazione.

Per poterti avvalere del diritto di recesso,

dovrai rispettare queste semplici condizioni al fine di ottenere il rimborso di quanto da te corrisposto in fase di acquisto:

• - I prodotti devono essere rispediti tramite un’unica spedizione all’interno della loro confezione originale, e con il loro cartellino. Non saranno accettati i resi di prodotti appartenenti allo stesso ordine inviati in due momenti diversi.

• - I prodotti devono essere rispediti integri e non devono essere stati utilizzati o danneggiati.
