Feels a little thinner than the original face shield and the side plates fit loosely. With mild adjustments I was able to get the side plates to tighten and I believe it will work ok.

None of this was reported to me. What did you wash the shield with? Only special face shield cleaner should be used to clean these. Please contact me. I have never heard anything from you about any damage etc.

I received the wrong item but the box was the correct part number, the owner message me and informed it this was a misunderstanding and he would gladly take the return and send me the correct part but I had already ordered another case days after and he gladly refunded me , he responded quickly and took action quickly, if I do need more oem parts I would definitely buy from him in the future

Part was listed as new. However the part arrived clearly used. Shaft had a .03 grove worn into from what looked like a seized part/ bearing. They were very responsive, professional and apologetic about the issue. Just make sure the part you order is not a rebuilt crank, but in fact a brand new crank before purchasing. My 2 cents.
