    Might be excellent cable, but not compatible with my MacBook Pro 2016 model.

    This cable was not compatible with my MacBook Pro 2016 model, which is why it was not easy to use nor can I say it performed well. There were no options I could use to express these facts. My MacBook Pro has four Thunderbolt output ports only. It was my bad for not reading the description more carefully.

    Can't beat the price

    The cable seems well made, and is stiff not real flimsy. The HDMI and Mini Display are good quality. I did have problems at first, but it was not the cables fault. I first plugged it into my 2015 Macbook air and it mirrored my display automatically to my tv. I tried to play a video, just for giggles, but there was no audio. I figured i'd put it away and try it later. The next day I plugged it into my Lenovo laptop and there was nothing. My screen flashed like it was adjusting to an external display. I tried messing with the display settings and nothing worked. and then duh i pushed the mini display in harder and what do you know it worked automatically. HD Audio and Video glory. I then plugged it into my macbook because i knew there was no problem with the cable. and it mirrored ...

    Connect MacBook Air to Sony Smart TV

    I bought this cable to be able to project the content of MacBook Air onto my Sony Smart TV. I am able to mirror my desktop, extend my desktop, etc. with this cable. I have videos/streams on my laptop that I prefer to watch on the big TV for a better experience. This cable handles all of that. It's long enough. The quality of the image is great. It looks like a cable made for Mac products and the price is great. I recommend this product.

    Works good. It is not genuine apple product but compatible. Very tightly connected to macAir in contrast to belkin or elgato. upd: broke down in six weeks :( Just a black screen... other cable works
