    The first time I used it, today, the metal zipper handle thing on the front broke. The zip itself is a bit stiff, but obviously the metal is such poor quality that it just snaps. The size of the pockets seems OK, but I'm a bit nervous to use it now if parts of it are going to break so easily. I tried to contact the seller, but the only option in there is cancel order. How am I supposed to communicate about this with them?
