I have tried several different models of battery lifters/carriers from local parts stores. I wasn't satisfied with any of them. A couple of them did work on group 65's, but just barely. The last thing I want to do is drop a $300.00 battery on the concrete floor. Shipping is a little slow (ground), but hey, it is free. This is a sturdy tool that feels very secure when lifting/carrying those heavy 65 AGM's. The price is reasonable too. No complaints.

The new battery lift for side posts is very well made and should last for a very long time.
