    The real deal

    This knife is just awesome. I used it as my large chopper on my last backpacking trip. I carried a smaller condor bushlore as a companion. It does everything well from basic cutting to chopping and batoning. Not the greatest for smaller detailed work though. That's why I had the condor. The sheath is "ehh." I ended up finding a nice leather sheath made for a 6in. knife that fits it perfectly. Over all I love this knife and it will be replacing my Ontario Blackbird. 'Nuff said!

    Great Knife But Terrible Sheath

    Great knife that is super sharp. Can really take a beating in the field and keep on performing. The sheath, however, is total garbage. Mine was not long enough to even snap closed over the handle, so I bought a nice kydex one that does the job.

    Heavyweight Field Knife

    This is an awesome field knife. 5" blade makes it very handy for tasks, just right size. Note this is a very heavy item and is meant for work. It can double as a hatchet, pry bar, draw knife and splitter.

    Excellant Knife

    Excellent knife. I was looking for a larger knife I could use in bush craft/survival SHTF scenarios and this knife appears to be a jack of all trades type. The handle is only ok and I have ordered a micarta handle. The sheath is suitable and maybe at some point I will upgrade or build a kydex sheath. Shipping was fast.
