    Great hoses but not the correct banjo fi...

    Great hoses but not the correct banjo fittings for a mk4 golf caliper conversion. I used a pair of banjo bolts from a very old pair of calipers that were sat in a box in the garage. These 12 year old bolts spun straight in to the new calipers. They are shorter than the no good Goodridge kit ones but the thread pattern is correct. The ones that came with the hose kit simply would not thread into the calipers. I have seen this complaint before concerning these MK4 caliper conversion hoses.

    Wrong thread pitch - ruined my caliper.

    Was very excited to buy these. Upon arrival I set about fitting the hoses to the mk4 rear calipers on my Golf and found that the thread seemed a little stiff. Several cateful tries later it was apparent that the thread pitch on the bolt supplied with the braided hoses was different to the one on the caliper. The soft aluminium caliper thread was mashed. I'm not pleased at all. Not entirely sure how I'm going to sort this out.
