    Fixes Problem at Reasonable Cost

    A common defect in Honda vehicles is that the locks wear out, perhaps because they are such good cars that you can drive them forever. However, when this happens, this is a tremendous savings over replacing the whole unit, which is what you would have to do if you bought the genuine Honda part. Honda does not allow you to simply replace the defective cylinder. I had a mechanic install mine as it is a not an easy process to replace so unless you are highly skilled (requires removing the window) I would not recommending doing this on your own. However, you will still come out spending only about half what it would cost to have the Honda part installed at a Honda dealership. So far the only downside is that the lock comes with only one key. It would be better if it came with two.

    Perfect Fit

    Long time coming the repair on my Honda Fit. Not being able to lock the doors because of extreme pricing of repairmen and dealerships labor that has spun out of the reach of the common man. When I lost the electronic key to the auto door locks I was screwed when the driver side door lock failed from poor design and cheap material not something I expected from Honda, a common problem it should of been a factory recall but instead they quoted me 350 dollars to replace the defective piece of crap. AH NO! Online Locksmith provided me a replacement part with timely delivery that is every bit as good if not better than the OEM. I am impressed enough with the pricing from Online Locksmith that I am saving up for the electronic key blank to program for my car and this man has my business. Thank ...
