Love the product BUT...I purchased on November 20th. Didn't ship until Nov 27th. Just rcvd my order today. Sent multiple messages with absolutely no reply. Horrible customer service. Regardless of any RL issues a quick email would have made a world of difference. Wouldn't have left negative feedback if I had received a simple reply to my messages. Funny thing is a scripted flyer came in package about the importance of their customer service. What a crock! COMMUNICATION IS KEY PEOPLE!!

    Do not use wax on your new locs! Its loc poison!

    I ignored alot of people that seemed to just have it out for dreadhead hq and wax, and used it anyway, as i have thin silky hair. This is my first journey with locs, something ive wanted to do for years. I used the wax exactly as recomended by dreadhead, so little that you could barely feel it on your fingers.. but it made my newly back combed locs stiff, immovable and sickly looking. After doing some research of what i was doing wrong, i found out this wax is basically loc poison. I tried to wash it out, using residue free shampoo and apple cider viniger and even after using really hot water, and washing twice, i still had to comb out my locs and start over.. when i combed them out, this wax poison was caked on my hair still.. i only used it three times too... this stuff is rhe absolute ...

    I dont have dreads and use this Product!

    its not a really heavy wax and a little bit goes a long way. I had my last jar for over 10yrs! i'd still have it if the TSA had not taken it from my carry on my last flight to boston. the size limit is 3.4! This jar is 3.5! no room for common sense! Maybe a 3.0 oz would be great for light travelers. Awesome Product and will continue to use!
