Happy with Purchase. Would have liked to see instructions included on how to use the product. Also, packaging a little tight as the suction cup was temporarily damaged from being crammed in the box.

Great stick, easy letter changing routine
I have been volunteering at a local movie theater, using an older dry-suction pole and cup, and recently the cup lost its suction seal, apparently becoming too hard to conform to the surface. As soon as I received the new set up, I was pleased to be back doing my job promptly, and with ease. I also like the telescoping handle, as there are times that I am away, and another shorter volunteer must change the marquee, and needs more pole length! All in all, good quality. Better than I thought possible
Being very tall, I thought the 12' option wouldn't be needed, but it's actually made changing the letters easier because I can now do the change outs withOUT a ladder! Thanks for making this available at such a great price with such good quality.
