The cartridge came in a waterproof bag wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed in a cardboard box, which is great for this product. I was finally able to obtain a game at a decent price in the current markets. I would definitely buy from this seller again if I have the chance.

And I got a full refund because of the damage. Packaging was probably the issue in why it got damaged, only one side of the box was covered with cardboard to prevent it from moving but the music box itself was wrapped once. Maybe to prevent this from happening again get a bigger box and put more protection around the item, and a sticker to say “fragile”! :)
