Perfect for a vintage MTB
I ordered this Shimano XT derailer and it made my circa 1990s Klien shift like a dream. Great value. Previously I had a bike shop replace an older Shimano LX derailer with a modern low cost model that was supposed to be 7 speed compatible. It never shifted correctly after that. I could only get a couple of gears to line up, the others would skip while shifting. This derailer was the perfect solution.

Nice derailer
Years ago a local shop had put an 8 speed derailer on my 7 speed Diore XT system. It never adjusted in quite right. This 7 speed long crank fixed everything.
