      The overall condition of the item matched the sellers description with the exception that the zoom lens was not working when it arrived. Instead of using the eBay guarantee, i first contacted the seller to see if we could work out a solution. They replied very quickly, apologized for the inconvenience, and immediately authorized a full return. While I am disappointed that the item was not working, I am more than satisfied with the sellers resolution. I would do business with them again!
