A shipping label was created. I emailed again as it had been close to 10 days and finally I gor an apology as her husband forgot to mail out my item. They also sent a refund. The negative feedback was I was told several times it was sent out and they chose 10 business days after to send item out. It take usps 2 days for delivery.
