The system was a 2014 model and older than dirt. I contacted the sellers immediately and opened a claim as item not as described. I shipped the item back the same day. They received it 3 days ago and still never provided a refund. Horrible customer service, quality of the item was door, value was horrible.

However, I could not disguise my dismay when I realized the screen had been smashed in. The merchant was responsive and eager to make the purchase right. Long story short, after packaging up the damage Mac (UGH) and lugging it to UPS, I finally received the replacement! It was a great day because this Mac was just as advertised.
