    Truly Works

    For stressful situations like being nervous about a doctor's appointment or speaking at a staff meeting, this product really helps calm my nerves. A few sprays under the tongue and I feel calmer. It doesn't take all of the nervousness away, but it helps. It also doesn't last a really long time, so I might need to use it several times if I'm facing something that's giving me high anxiety. The taste is a little off-putting but not horrible and it goes away rather quickly. The spray bottle is easy to use and fits in my purse well. There are no side effects and it's safe to use as directed. I rely on this stuff!

    Didn't work for me but perhaps for some people

    The only noticeable effect I felt from this was it made me feel tired which is not the same as calm...in fact it can add to anxiety if you're feeling anxious and then suddenly feel like you need a nap but you aren't in a place or situation where that is possible. I tried it for a few weeks but never use it any more. Maybe this would work for some people but I think the best use for it might be for non-anxiety related insomnia.

    Great Natural Alternative

    I've been using this product off and on for many years now. I do believe it works based on my own experience dealing with major life stressors; Relationship break ups, sickly pets, job deadlines, moving etc. The flavor is not really the best other than a light flowery taste with alcohol. I like the practicality of the spray but even the vial with the drop dispenser works fine. I highly recommend it.

    Rescue Remedy Spray

    We use this for our Jack Russell Terrier. He gets really scared of loud noises (like gun shots and fireworks) ... we give him one spray in the mouth and he is calm within just a few minutes. Great product.
