I sent a message before buying as the box was open, delaminated, & bulged asking about these two criteria. The photos show the details. Rusty nail photos do not represent total. I used my bag & box to repackage the nails. The repackaged box shows the 1st stack is 35 strips and 40 for the other 2 totaling 115 stacks. A percent refund and apology were offered which I accepted making a positive experience.
