Hard to get the strap loose to charge, but ok if you take your time and are careful not to break it. The directions were incorrect for the app. It takes the free HryFine app (Google Play Store search) to sync with bluetooth, NOT the app in the instructions. A lot of ads in the app, but it's easy to work around them. Functions work okay except for the BP, which is never accurate on these wrist trackers.
