      Don't be afraid to buy

      Just because it says "refurbished" you should not dismiss this item. These units are checked at the factory and put through rigorous testing before being released for sale. You stand a better chance of getting a clunker when you buy new, because they are only batch or random tested prior to release. That said, this unit worked perfectly straight away out of the box on my Nikon D3200. Setup was easy and there was no problem connecting via bluetooth to my Samsung Tab 2 (once I downloaded the software from Google Play Store). This unit (and to a lesser extent) software work exactly as they state. However, the software is what I take issue with for the most part. It's kind of slow, clunky and basic.       Nikon WU-1a wireless mobile adapter

      Works well with my Nikon D 7100 and my Samsung Smart phone but not the same with my Google Android tablet. On my smart phone I can see the picture before shooting but with my tablet there is no preview screen so you are shooting blind. Both smart phone and tablet lets you see the pictures on these devices.

      One accesory with having.

      This "little" device is makes quick work of transfering your picturies from your camera to any other electronic device and on to the cloud for safe keeping. It also acts as a remote control for your camera. Allowing you to set up your camera and frame your shots by remote viewing what the lens sees through your tablet or smartphone. I would recommend this accesory any Nikon camera used who's model did not include this feature and is compatable with this device.

      Very small and necessary, does the job!

      This product is very good, with the social networks been a must this day, this gave you the ability to instantly share photos in social networks and via text with friends. It also gaves you the ability to control the camera and take photos directly from the phone. It is very small and barely noticeable. Have had some connectivity issues but most of the time works perfect.

      Love it!

      This is perfect for my online business. Now I can transfer pics directly to my phone rather than transferring to my computer, emailing them to myself, and downloading individually to my phone. Sooooo much time is being saved! I will note that pics need to be downloaded one at a time so that I can get the full size of the photo, rather than their recommended size. Also, I've noticed it takes a long time to choose a photo to download from the camera if you have hundreds of pics on the cameras memory card. I would recommend keeping your photo count low to make a smooth and uninterrupted transition from camera to phone. Otherwise I'm thrilled to have this device! Oh and just a tip, you have to connect your phone to your cameras wifi, not the other way around. Took me a while to figure that ...
