    Unfortunately the original headset did not power up and the company, promptly, sent a replacement in original package. Those were faulty as well. I was promptly given a refund and an apology. Their communication was direct and prompt. I would do business with them again. The issues were not their fault. Both items came in original packaging.

    This collectible arrived covered in bubble-wrap, no outer box. The OEM box was completely destroyed and the factory seal was broken. Contacted the seller and they are more interested in blaming the shipper than taking responsibility for their "cheap" packaging. Item should have been shipped in a box for protection. This could have turned out bad, but at least the actual item was not broken or had parts missing. I will refrain from using this seller in the future.

    Flagship of Fitbit

    The Charge line has always been one of the best products from Fitbit short of their smartwatches. Bigger, more style, more functional uses than a step counter makes exercise more detailed and fun. The Charge 3 takes everything amazing about the Charge and continues to make it better. Lightweight, improved construction of the band promises longer lifespan and easier replacement and further upgrade from the Charge is now water resistant up to 50m to allow water exercises. Where-as the Charge 2 was only splash-proof. Battery life is an impressive 7-day period with fast charging in-between uses with a great snap-on charger.

    Great Features, low battery life

    everything worked on this tracker. the problem is if you use everything availabe on this watch, your battery life is slim - as in if you are lucky a day. i chose this particular tracker for various reasons - price, style, step tracking & to view incoming texts. all of those reasons give it a 5 star review. it has lots of other handy features like weather, timer, alarms as well as heart rate, stairs climbed, calories burned. i disabled a few of the notifications & did notice an increase in battery life - 2 days. since i dont use it for sleep & i'm not a serious athlete, i decided to keep the product. I see an upgrade in my future.

    Nice tracker for activity and heart rate.

    This is an upgrade from Charge 2 previously owned. Works great, longer battery life, more functions and better display than Charge 2. Takes a little getting used to differences in functions and controls, but once you do, you will love it. Recommend you buy nylon velcro band, instead of silicone or metal one; for comfort and easy of removal or charging.

    Fitbit Charge 3

    Love my Fitbit, light eight, easy to use and program. It keeps me accountable and reminds me to get up and move if I have sat for more than an hour at work. You can sync it with many programs. Currently mine is paired up with Weight Watchers on my phone. I also like being able to change the strap out and dress it up or down.

    Simple, feature rich, good fitness tracker, however, not without its flaws.

    Product screen was flawed with a white line of stuck ON pixels across the face. Issue could not be resolved with tech support from FitBit. Other users have had the same issue. While i tested it, regardless of visual defect, I found the step counter, stair flights, and sleep tracking data inaccurate. Heart monitor seemed correct against my manual tests. This Charge 3 is surely a better version of the Fitbit Charge Series than the 1 or 2. But it still feels flawed in that you cant really trust it. Its a good reference however. Nice features on this model. Way more comfortable to wear than previous ones. I would have kept it if it did not have the screen defect. Its not perfect but its the best midrange fitness tracker available.
