Keep in mind I had no expectations for this.
It makes whipped topping when used as directed, strong peaks, super thick when made with fattier milks. Similar consistency to cool whip/fake toppings. Flavor is unfavorable, granted I purchase this solely to experiment with it, rather than utilize it for any actual specific culinary reason, hence it just taste artificial, which you may be okay with but my pallet is pretty organic. I though this product was more of a stabilizer than sweet and flavored- my mistake. I may or may not find uses for it. If you don't wanna make and have deflating real whipped cream or deal with egg whites, this is a decent option.
