      Picture showed the seal intact on the bottle and the seal had been half unsealed/tab partially pulled. Item description did not state sealed (nor did it state it had been opened), so I was going by the picture, which showed it sealed. If that is a deal breaker for you, you might want to verify with the seller before purchasing. Other than that, item was as described (64oz Philosophy Gingerbread man). The best packaging I've ever seen from an eBay seller, no leakage, and quick shipping.
