I bought this to fix my original faucet that stopped producing filtered water. It seems the weak point in this faucet design is the wire that runs through the pull down faucet hose to the valve/battery box. Mine lasted exactly 4 years when that wire broke, I suspect from all the flexing and pulling. I like the ease of getting filtered water without holding the container under the fridge.

The seller was great; however, USPS was slow with making the final leg of delivery. Thought the item had been lost or stolen. The seller was quick to send a replacement which arrived in a timely manner. The original order was finally delivery several days after the replacement order was received. Liked the bag so much that I purchased the 2nd bag. Seller was responsive and easy to work with! Great purchase!

When I opened the box, everything was perfect and wrapped in plastic. Someone must have opened the box, looked at it, and closed it back up. I am beyond thrilled with this faucet!
