    This product really works.

    Clear has natural anti bacterial qualities. My husband would get very sick from sinus infections year after year. About 10 years ago, I purchased Xclear, not really sure if this product would work. Well, let me tell you, he hasn't had an infection since he began using it. It was my Dentist that explained how it works. Xylitol is a natural sweetener, but it makes your sinuses slippery so bacteria cannot attach, therefore, no infections. Xylitol is put into toothpaste also, for the same reason. I have recommended this product to many sinus sufferers, and it works for most individuals.

    Just another saline spray?

    It got such good reviews that I guess I was expecting more than what it delivers. In the end, it's just another saline nasal spray. I got one at dollar tree for $1 and it works the same. The ONLY difference from this spray is there is a nasal moisturizer in it; Xylitol When I read the back it says to use :"2 to 4 sprays per nostril" per use. That equals one weeks worth from the fancy looking bottle. I suppose the moisturizer alone makes it worth more but it did nothing to help my rhinitis and chronic nasal passage swelling or congestion. It actually made it a little worst.

    Xlear is a wonderful, soothing nasal spray. Not just a normal saline spray, this one used twice a day can be part of a preventative for Covid virus. It coats, hydrates and protects nasal passages and helps breathing. I’ve used it for several years.

    A breath of fresh air.

    I got addicted to an over-the-counter nasal spray and needed to find a way to stop using it and still be able to breath. I saw reviews of this product on YouTube and bought some. I mixed my first bottle of Xlear half-and-half with the over-the-counter nasal spray and used that until it ran out and then I used only this product from there forward. It's great!

    Helps keep sinusitis at bay

    My ENT first recommend XCLEAR when I had chronic sinusitis and I had my sinus cavities stretched. It works like a dream in keeping my nose free of allergens and clean. Read the instructions. It is best to blow your nose first and then use the XCLEAR several sprays . Blow your nose againif necessary and clear out any drainage by spitting it out. Your nose will thank you! This is cheaper OTC.
