When doorbell rang, I raced to the door but he'd already left the parcel on the doorstep and gone. Not good, since it was an expensive item. Also had parcel delivered a fortnight ago by Evri, different man. I saw him, got to the locked door at the same time as he did but he was trying to get in. Seems no way to complain to Evri.
