Almost perfect toaster oven
This toaster oven had everything I was looking for with lots room inside for various size pans and dishes. Being able to use a 9x13 dish for baking is GREAT, saving heating up my normal oven. It bakes most things PERFECT, especially my black bottom cupcakes. Makes toast perfect, keeps foods warm in the oven or you can set a dish on top to keep warm as well. The "leave on" feature is very useful when baking something longer than 60 minutes. Only one issue I have with the oven. I have arthritis in my hands and it's difficult to turn the knobs at times. Wire rack tilts when removing
Although the product broils/bakes well and is wider than other models (which is why I bought it), one big drawback is that the wire rack tilts when being removed from the oven. It is poorly designed in that the rack supports do not extend all the way from front to back, but have a space in the center. When I want to partially pull out the rack so that I can remove the tray, the rack tilts and the tray slides off toward the back or side. Very dangerous since the tray (and food) can fall unto the heating element or unto the bottom of the interior. This would have been a 5-star review if not for this design flaw. I don't even know if I would have bought it if I had known this in advance. It may seem like nit-picking, but it's always on my mind when I'm using it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Large Size toaster oven for Large Size baking needs.
Excellent toaster oven. I had the same model before this one and when I wore it out I had to have another of the same model. It is easy to use. Bakes like a regular size oven. I live in a tiny house so size AND functionality is important. I do lots of baking and this toaster oven stands up to my demands. Desserts, casseroles, cookies, meats You Name it this oven does it. large capacity
I purchased this because of it's large capacity. I have found that the rack placement is pretty poor. The upper rack is too close to the burner so if you can get something there it will burn it. I did turn the rack a different way which gave it a bit more room but still not enough. There are also not enough grooves for the racks so that you can adjust as you need. Due to the placement of the rack, I was unable to put a potato on the top rack for baking and when I placed it on the bottom rack, it did not cook through and I had it in for 1 1/2 hours. There are only 2 people to cook for here and I was looking for something that would cook a small meal so I didn't have to use the large oven. When I put chicken thighs to cook on the bottom rack they did not brown.
