Upon opening the box I was surprised that the drives were packed with what appears to be Target shopping bags &wadded up paper. See photos. Fortunately, the drive survived & work well! 2 of the drives have low hours & 1 has about 1200-hours. Very light use for 12 year old drives. Each one was scanned with WD Data Lifeguard & passed. Then other drives were cloned to these drives without any issues. Hard drives should be packed with bubble wrap.
