What I recieved was a USPS generated tracking number that said "The post office is awaiting the parcel." The seller tod me they shipped the item. I filed a claim with Ebay and was refunded. I did not ask for a refund. I wanted the item. The seller mentioned in their response to my claim that they were dealing with a medical issue.
