there are pros and cons with magnesium
Magnesium is best when taken about 1/2 hour before bed time. That helps muscle cramps.. good for a calm sleep.Will magnesium prevent leg,,foot,, muscle cramps ? Most muscle cramps occur at night so magnesium taken during the day and before bed time helps.!!Vitamin B 12 also taken at same time is some what beneficial,. Highland Leg Cramps sold on E-Bay taken in tablet form along with the magnesium -- really helps. !! As far as stress pressures relief ... use warm water , not tap or cold water with this product. That works well, also do not use or drink any acid juices such as lemon , lemon aide, cranberry, apple., grapefruit, orange, black cherry as these juices build uric acid in you.!! Finally,, all doctors recommend ..a glass of water -8 oz taken 8x a day does wonders!! But who listens to that advice ?? ?? I've done it. Takes several days works wonders! Taste?? Very easy to use and what I like is you can determine the dose you want to take since it is in powder form. I take this every evening and mix with some warm water and then add some cold water to top it off.
