For other UK buyers: Before buying the Source Turbo I did email Extractcraft. Their comms were brilliant, I received prompt responses, even at the weekend. I ordered on Sunday eve UK time and it arrived on Tues morning. Note that two different UPS delivery options are available. UPS emailed me the day before delivery requesting payment of tax and duty before delivery, this came to £120 comprising £97 VAT, £9 duty and £14 disbursement fee.Reply from: extract-craft- Feedback replied by seller extract-craft.- Feedback replied by seller extract-craft.Only too happy to serve out UK customers. We have been in business for ten years, but only two years on eBay. eBay makes foreign sales happen more easily. There are a variety of shipping options. In the past, tariffs and VAT were known and paid in advance. Recent changes produce UPS import brokerage fees that eBay does not know and we cannot accurately estimate. However £120 seems normal for a Source Turbo. Its is 7.7kg, which is not as light as a feather. Cheers!
