      BUYERS BEWARE! This seller sent me a locked phone that was described as unlocked to All networks. They are refusing to remedy the situation and are offering me $15 after I asked them for at least 50% since I now have to pay to unlock the phone. I asked them to provide me with an unlock code that the phone is requesting they have refused. The phone is currently out of the US and they are trying to dictate that I should not have taken the phone out of the country.
