Excellent quality fan, Easy (self) installation, EXCELLENT value.
This Honeywell fan is less than 1/3 the cost of the FASCO 52" porch fan I had bought back in the early 90's for my screened-in back porch. Very high quality, was a breeze to self-install (no pun intended...) Runs SMOOTH and QUIET, 3 useable speeds via the pull-chain switch. Highly recommend! Amazing value for the price!
