      The Seller was slow to ship taking 4 days after ordering until the item was delivered to the shipping company. The item failed to perform satisfactorily; Fourth gear is not working and no return option was offered. This Shimano Nexus 8 hub for an ebike was NIB but 7 years old so it was a gamble all along. Since I had to have the whole wheel rebuilt in order to install the hub it's not worth trying a swap if one was available.
