    Not as described, definitely not new ,deceptive marketing, scratches dings & broken parts, didn't use shipping box at all just used paper and bubble wrap, absolutely careless ,all corners were smashed on the original box. 0 communication, no wonder his score is low, to bad I didn't check before I bought it.     Close enough to brand new, all promises were delivered

    Review for "Dual IPS New Nintendo 3DS XL White" This is exactly what you hope for when you order something "Open Box" or "Refurbished". I could complain about the few scratches it has, but they're not noticeable. It still feels very new and great. It came with a box, touch pen, charger, manual, AR cards and an 8 gigabyte Micro SD Card. Both screens, being IPS displays, are beautiful. Comparing this to my old original 3DS really was noticeable. For those that don't know, the Nintendo 3DS was made with inconsistent display types, TN displays and IPS displays. Most people prefer the look of a 3DS that has both the top and bottom screens be IPS displays (the same display technology used in the 2017 Nintendo Switch).
