According to eBay rules, a new item must come in a sealed box — not an opened box, and without any signs of use. But I received the item in an open box. The box itself is dirty and dented.     i paid 110 from bestbuy for this I have the receipt so when I bought it it had the spyder wrap on it no plastic you can return it I have no problem in doing that

    Very nice multi-charger

    I have had the charger for 2 weeks and it's very well made and charges both channels perfectly. I tested voltage it says for each cell against my multi-meter and it is extremely accurate (within 0.01 volt on the high side). I don't use the balance charger much for my 3 cell battts, so you have to switch of balancing when in normal charge mode in the setting menu. Not sure why it comes defaulted to try to balance charge in standard charge mode, when there is already a separate balance charge mode you can choose for that. I don't think there is documentation on turning that off, but I found it when browsing through the settings menu and now it's perfect.

    Best features for the money

    Easily one of if not the best charger/balancer for your money. Pretty strong power, unless you have large 6s packs that demand higher than 3.8A charge rate. It's a solid feeling piece that should last. The fans can get a little "jet turbine " sounding, but at least I know the internals are staying relatively cool. I recommend it for sure!

    Sturdy and well made

    Great unit. I had one but I accidentally touched one of the battery terminals to the USB port and toasted it. So be careful where you touch the hot battery leads.
