Firstly, this little tiny pill is life-changing. There are no side-effects that I’ve noticed. One day I missed and there were no repercussions. No more night sweats, hot flashes still exist a little, but they’re not like they were and not as often. I went from 1 hot flash every 30 minutes to a mild one less than once per day. My mood is amazing (as in no more mood swings and no more feeling depressed). It sure if I have to take these for the rest of my life, but if so, so be it. I think it is helping me to sleep better, but unfortunately I am still getting extreme hot flashes! Not sure if there is anything except hormones, which I don't want to take, that would make the hot flashes go away.
