I opted for the large screen ( 12.9 ) with very large storage ( 512 ) and latest version ( 3rd generation ). The tablet is working like new, it is of good value except that there's bleeding light on some part of the screen. Not sure whats the reason for it but it came like that, it was really bothering me at first but I decided to just keep it.
