  The Computer was shipped quickly,but the box was little small.The Fascia was cracked and damaged.I tested the computer everything else checked out ok.I took pictures of the damaged and sent them in a message with a description .The seller replied in a timely manor .They did not have a replacement but were willing to work with me and offered to issue a credit.I checked ebay and found a fascia that would work on this as a replacement at a good price and ordered it .Great customer service.

  Items shipped out fast. Decent communication. Wrong part sent due to description issue - brought it up to the sellers attention, same wrong part sent again on reship by mistake. Seller immediately refunded 100% and I did notice the description error on the listing was corrected as well. I sent the parts received back to the seller so he won’t be short handed. We are human. We all make mistakes. That is why pencils have erasers. :)
