    Makes streaming from iPad an ease.

    The key thing about this product is its ease of use with the Apple iPad. I can stream music and other items from utube without using the crazy streaming set up on my tv. And bypass the embedded advertisements on my tv software as well.

    It works ok

    The google Chromecast works fine, but I never received the cord to connect it to the piece itself. Luckily I used the old one I had previously and so it does work. Also, as easy as it is to install.. the instructions came in a few languages with English NOT one of them.

    Easy to Set Up

    As this was an open box product, I reset it to factory settings first by using the reset button. Then I followed the set-up procedure in the phone app and was able to link to a TV in about 5 minutes. It helps if you already know how to do casting from your laptop to a TV. Otherwise, it may take some time to learn about that end of the link. But the Chromecast device itself worked like a charm.
