    The item was badly damaged in shipping. This seller was informed and though pictures were supplied, demanded i handle dealing with the post office.....or go through the rigors of shipping a repaired (though no longer valuable) item back. I am 75 years old and disabled. This is a few dollars to this seller (who could have taken more care in packing) but it's a big deal to me

    The buyer was told a full refund would be given if item was sent back in original packaging and packaging material and once item was received back the buyer then would receive a refund. The item was packaged very securely with bubble wrap. The customer did not want to send item back, only wanted a refund and wanted me to but a claim into the post office for damaged item during shipping. I would have been happy to do so if item is returned to me. the money is not the issue it's the principle of
