Reached out to them after delivery regarding a small issue I had with the unit and they promptly took care of it by providing me with three different options to either exchange the unit, return the unit for a full refund or keep the unit (which was perfectly functional) at a discounted price (partial refund). I appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to work with their buyers!

There were long pauses between communications, then in order for you to return the wrong items, I was "required" to take photos. It took forever before receiving a label to return the wrong items and a long delay in my refund being processed. Once I brought to their attention they shipped the wrong items, they should have sent me a return label.
