Built Like a Tank!
This mixer is unbelievably powerful. It has an impressive 900 watts. It's not just about the wattage though, it's also about how well the motor transfers the power to the work. Although I don't know the actual gear ratio, I do know that this machine has a lot of torque. In layman's terms, torque = good. If you make heavy doughs then this is the machine for you. It also handles whipped cream and meringues like a dream. WonderMix Wins Hands Down!
If people would just take a chance on a WonderMix they'd like it a lot better than any other mixer. I will NEVER go back. Pros: This is lighter in weight, it's twice as powerful and all the doughs come out softer. And I love the blender too. I have Fibromyalgia & Osteoarthritis and it's not hard on me using this mixer like it was the Kitchenaid. I compare this mixer to the Vitamix Blender and the Kitchenaid is more like a Ninja. Cons: The only thing I don't care for is when you take out the beaters you have to remove the other two parts they connect to and it's bothersome cause I end up with more parts to wash. If the inventor could come up with it all attached it would be nicer, but that's nothing to worry about. That's the only thing that could be improved. It's no biggie. The Kitchenaid can't even come close to this mixer. I watch QVC when they have a Kitchenaid mixer for a TSV and I always think man they're missing out on the best.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I like my new mixer, it is lightweight and mixes well, Makes awesome dough. It is noisier than I expected and the Mixer blades are difficult for me to remove when bread dough is in the bowl.
