    Better than a regular pot, though loud

    I bought this for my wife for Christmas, and she likes the K-cup coffee. This works really well, goes fast, easy to clean, the only downside she mentioned is how loud it is.

    Can drain water from reservoir

    I really like this coffee maker. The only thing that I would change is to add a 12oz option. I love the fact that if you are going to store it you can drain the water unlike the residential models.
