Great Product When Low Wattage Available and Low Hot Water Needs
This is the second Steibel Eltron Mini 2-1 that I have installed in a mobile coffee trailer with limited electric wattage available. The key selling factor for me is that it runs on 115V/1 phase/15 amp service, The aerator reduces water flow to 0.35 GPM, but this is still adequate for the infrequent use of hot water needed in this application (light rinsing of containers). The water is basically warm - it will not produce steaming hot water if that is what you are looking for. We just installed this today, and it heats water to a satisfactory temperature. Its low flow is satisfactory for washing hands. It does not require tempering with cold water for that task. It was easy to plumb, and used a 15 amp circuit breaker.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
