    As soon as I looked at the box I could tell the box had been opened. After setting it all up excited, I realized the light didn't work after charging it all night. I figured they knew the light didn't work someone else had returned it and they just sent it to me not caring the product that they are putting out. Very poor company. I would never recommend them. Amazon's never let them be part of their company.

    Doesn't stay on

    The product doesn't stay on for the amount of time it's supposed to. Doesn't even last a week before starting to peel off. I'm not sure about whether or not it's improving the look of my scar. That is yet to be seen — time will tell. And I don't know if my scar would appear any differently without the product.

    Helpful in reducing scarring.
