    Paid $31.15 for Expedited Shipping (US Priority Mail) and got Ground Advantage because of seller's fault. Seller put shipping label incorrectly on the box causing a crease in the barcode which could not be scanned. Photo #1. The box bounced around in the Seattle for 5 days (Photo #2) until the USPS was forced to put a Bypass shipping label on it (Photo #3). I paid on the evening of 3/19. The laptop arrived at the post office on 3/28. Seller was completely silent. Very disappointing.

    I've never had a problem with shipping things before. Perhaps the box got handled poorly, but things were proper when I shipped this. This sounds like a series of unfortunate events, and for that I apologize. Never in this did you contact me to let me know there was a problem in shipping. I'm not sure what else I could have done to correct this situation

    Great investment

    Got it and upgrade it right away with a western digital black 500gb ssd.... it's fast and battery lay long on research and investigation on the net.... as well on using the office package.... on video streaming last only 4hrs max.... but in the over all its fantastic
