Easy to assemble, lightweight but not designed for processing tomatoes.
Works okay for pints of tomatoes but quarts need 45 minutes of processing time and this doesn't seem to work out in the steam canner. Some pints, also, have not sealed after 30 minutes of processing time. Water bath seems more dependable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
