Very effective and inexpensive
I was days away from knee surgery when I decided to try as a last-ditch effort the "capsaicin treatment" that I had read about. Started out with 2 per day 40,000 HU/g capsules (another brand) and was pleased with the result. After finishing that bottle, I switched to this 100,000 HU/g product (1 capsule per day) and now I have virtually no knee pain and no side effects.
