The package was shipped with Fed-ex and they marked it as being delivered on 08-13-25. They mis-delivered the package to the wrong address probably and are unable to locate it. I have had problems with Fed-ex with previous deliveries and I certainly don't have a positive opinion of them. Again, there is no fault of the seller in any way, other than choosing to ship Fed-ex!

A few months ago, I used another vendor to purchase this same soap and it was "mis-delivered" to another house address. I asked for a refund and was given a hard time. This delivery was perfect.
